Shipping and Handling Time
All in-stock orders are sent within 14 business day from time of order with tracking information provided but can take up to 14-21 days to process. To ensure all items are shipped at the time of product availability, place separate orders for in-stock. There will be no order cancellations accepted of any kind, even if product has not yet shipped.

 

International Orders
Supplied has no control over shipping time with international orders. We do our best to expedite the shipping process for our international customers once the order is available to be filled. However, there are extraneous factors that may cause a delay in shipping time, such as customs in the particular country in which the item is to be shipped.

Duties and customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations including duties and fees before placing your order. Supplied does our best to mitigate customs fees, but the overall responsibility lies with the customer. Customs fees will not be accepted as a reason for order cancellation or refusal. Refunds will not be offered on any customs fees paid by the customer.

 

Inventory Availability
We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instances product will become unavailable during the order process and won’t be able to be filled. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our website. If ever a size is not created in a shoe that is purchased we will send the closest size available within a half size.

 

Typographical Errors

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Although every effort is made to warrant that the information detailed on this website is accurate, from time to time a typographical error may appear as it applies to, but not limited to price, model name, style number, and description. Please accept our apologies for such errors; corrections will be made as such errors are found. The decision of honoring incorrect pricing of merchandise, for whatever reason it has occurred, is at our sole discretion and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
