Once the order is placed you cannot cancel it.
Q. Can I change or add items to my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we can’t change it before despatch. Sorry.
Q. You’ve sent me the wrong items
We’re only human and occasionally mistakes can happen. If it’s happened to you we’re very sorry and we’ll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible. Get in touch with our Customer Service team and let us know.
Q. Why won’t my payment go through?you have wholesale pricing?
No, we do not offer discounts for shoes bought in bulk.

The easiest way to contact us is via email firstname.lastname@example.org Unfortunately due to how busy we are helping customers there is not always someone available to answer the phone.
Q. How can I check my order status?
Once your order has shipped tracking will be emailed to you.
Q. Why can’t I track my shipment with the tracking number you sent me?
The first package scan may be upon arrival at a region hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package. The first scan also may not be until delivery. Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments are not trackable.
Q. Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately we are not able to change a shipping address once the order has been placed. Please ensure you carefully check over the address you enter. If there is an error with the address you can contact your local post office to hold the package for you.
